Jury Trials are set for the 4th Monday of every month. When summoned please return your questionnaire (within 10 days of receipt) in the postage paid envelope provided. Retain the summons to remind you of the date of your jury service. A recorded message is then available after 4 pm the evening before your date of service. This message will inform you to appear as summoned or that your service is not required. On the month's with 5 Mondays an additional Jury Trial schedule is kept. If you have any questions you can call the office during business hours. Only a Judge can excuse you from jury service. If you are suffering from a medical problem that would prohibit you from serving please remit a valid doctor's excuse.
